FULL BOARD - $500/month
Each 12x12 stall includes luxury accommodations for your horse:
- Drop-down yoke openings on stall front sliding door and back window.
- Two inch rubber mats and shavings
- Automatic, heated waterers
- Individual fan and light, in addition to hallway fans and lights
- Automatic fly system
- Stall cleaned twice daily
 All inclusive care and feeding:
- feed 2 times per day, grain & hay; no charge for feeding supplements or medications (provided by owner in “Smartpaks”)
- Daily turn-out in pasture, weather permitting
- Blanketing (provided by owner)
Use of all Cadence amenities:
- (2) heated, hot & cold water wash racks in main barn, and (2) dry-grooming stalls
- (1) hot & cold water wash rack in covered arena, and (3) cold water wash racks
- 90ft by 225 ft covered arena with washed sand & Permaflex rubber footing, groomed & watered daily; bleacher seating for over 100
- 150ft by 300 ft outdoor arena with amphitheatre seating
- Miles of riding trails along creeks, wooded ridgelines with spectacular views, and across open sports fields
- Heated & air-conditioned viewing room with catering facilities & large terrace for outside cooking dining
- Large multi-purpose room for receptions, viewing events and for summer campers
- Elegantly furnished Great Room
- (2) bathrooms with showers in the main barn. (2) bathrooms in the covered arena
- Large, secure climate controled tackroom with special sink and work space for cleaning & repairing tack
- Laundry room, climate controlled hay/grain room
