Cadence is a full-service multi-discipline equestrian retreat located in the beautiful north Georgia mountains only 90 minutes from Atlanta. We offer professionally managed equestrian services so you can rest assured your horse will receive the quality care you expect. There are miles of trails on the property, covered and outdoor arenas plus open sport fields and a state-of-the-art barn with conditioned viewing rooms.

We are now accepting applications for full board. Residency is not required to rent accomodations for your horse but you may find the beauty and tranquility of the Cadence Community too good to resist. The state-of-the-art equestrian facility features the following and is supported by a durable framework of long-term maintenance for people, property and animals:

professionally managed 21 stall barn with Great Room, and 100x225 ft covered arena
150x300ft outdoor arena
two conditioned viewing rooms to gather and watch lessons, clinics and shows
turn-out paddocks with all-weather footing and grazing pastures
a Great Room at the barn where people can gather before or after a ride
miles of riding trails on the property

In the nearby Cohutta Wilderness Area, riders will find over 60 miles of riding trails.
